<Ingredients (Serves 4)>
Ingredients  Amount
SHISHAMO MENTAI-FUMI Salad
Crackers 
Camembert Cheese
Apple slices
Cottage Cheese
Avocado 
Lemon Juice 
Black Pepper
Black Beans (KUROMAME)

<<Recipe>>
(1)  Slice Camembert cheese and apple to suit the size of crakers. 
       Put sliced apple, cheese, and 2 pieces of SHISHAMO MENTAI-FUMI Salad on top of the crackers.
(2)  Cut 1/2 of an avocado into square pieces.
        Mix up 50g of cottage cheese and 90g (1 pack) of SHISHAMO MENTAI-FUMI Salad in a bowl.
        Apply avocados and mix them very well. 
        Add lemon juice and coarse black pepper.
        Put them on top of the crackers and decorate with your favourite herbs.
(3)  Mix SHISHAMO MENTAI-FUMI Salad, cottage cheese, and Black Beans in a bowl.
        Put them on top of the crackers!
        Try it with different ingredients!
